Faithpanda started from a simple frustration: most health content online is either watered down to the point of being useless, or written to rank for a keyword rather than answer a real question. We wanted something in between — articles that cite the actual study, tell you what it found, and are honest about what it didn’t.
We cover five areas: nutrition, fitness, mental health, sleep, and general wellness. That’s a deliberately narrow scope. We’d rather be reliably good at five things than mediocre at twenty.
Who writes this
Our articles are written and reviewed by a small team with clinical and coaching backgrounds — not generalist content writers repackaging press releases. Every contributor’s credentials and focus area are listed on their author page, linked from the byline of anything they’ve written.
How we decide what to cover
Most of our story ideas start with a question we keep seeing asked — in comment sections, in forums, from friends and patients. If a topic has genuine research behind it and a clear, practical answer, it’s a candidate. If it’s trend-driven with no real evidence (most “detox” content, for instance), we either skip it or write about why it doesn’t hold up.
What we’re not
We’re not a substitute for a doctor, a therapist, or a registered dietitian who knows your specific situation. Nothing on this site is personalized medical advice, and anything that sounds like a strong claim should be checked against the primary source we’ve linked or discussed with a professional who knows your history.
Full detail on how we research, correct, and disclose things is on our Editorial Policy page. If you’ve read something here and think we got it wrong, we genuinely want to hear about it — see our Contact page.
